Stamps
MOUNTED OR UNMOUNTED:
All our stamps can be either purchased mounted or unmounted with the unmounted stamps being 50%
cost of the mounted ones. The sizes marked for each stamp are the wood sizes and typically the actual stamps are about 1/4" smaller all round. Our mounted stamps have the image stamped on the wood in blue ink....our trademark. Our Unmounted stamps come with Cling Foam already attached so you can use them immediately. Should you wish only red rubber, please just ask.
RUBBER STAMP QUALITY:
We at Scottish Borders Stamping, pride ourselves on the quality of stamps we manufacture and sell. The images are deeply etched in red rubber, backed with high quality grey foam adhesive, cut closely with a scroll saw and mounted onto hardwood white maple.
ON LINE STAMP CATALOGUE:
All our stamps are listed in this website and can be bought via a secure shopping shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to your Shopping Cart" button. Listed next to each stamp image is the stamp name, code and sizes and by clicking on each stamp, a higher resolution picture of that stamp will open, so the finer details can be seen. The stamps shown on line are not to scale so you should check the sizes quoted next to the image before purchasing.
SHIPPING, INSURANCE AND THE POST OFFICE!
Most orders ship within 24 hours, 3-5 days when we're busy but when we are away or attending a convention, shipping times will be up to 21 days. You will be notified of any delays by emails so please check your Spam box too!
Our method of shipping is regular USPS Mail Flat Rate Priority Mail $5.25 or the larger $8.95 Flat Rate Priority Mailer Boxes (usually for the larger orders). These come with Free Delivery Confirmation and optional Insurance.
RETURNS:
Merchandise can only be returned with prior approval and will incur a 30% re-stocking fee. Should we find any returned merchandise to be damaged, used or marked in any way whether it is the fault of the customer or the courier, it will not be acceptable and no refund will be issued.
SHIPPING OVERSEAS
We generally ship overseas using Global Priority Mailers ($10 Canada and $12 rest of the world) for unmounted or few mounted stamps and also by Airmail and Sea. The Air and Sea rates depend on the weight of your order, so we will inform you of the exact charge. As above, insurance applies. If you decline insurance, we will NOT replace your order should it go astray. Global Priority Mailers CANNOT be insured and ARE NOT traceable after they leave our warehouse.

RETURNED CHEQUES
If, for any reason, your personal or business cheque is returned to us, your order will incur an immediate $30.00 fee. Failure to pay this or any connected fees will be handled by a collection agency.
