Supplies:
- Background Stamp with words or visible images
- Smaller Foreground Stamp with open inside image about 1/3 background stamp size
- Dark or Black Ink
- Ink in Lighter Color
- 2 pieces of identical cardstock
- Scissors
- Pop-dots
One:
Stamp the background stamp on the two identical pieces of cardstock.
Two:
Using dark ink, stamp smaller stamp onto one piece of the cardstock in the position where you desire the image to "pop up".
Three:
Use scissors to cut out the stamped image.
Four:
Put pop dots on the back of the cut image.
Five:
Adhere the stamped image on the other background sheet, aligning the cut-out so that the background image flows with the top image.
